Job Scope:
- Attend to daily customization enquiries
- Process orders, coordinate and liasie with production team
- Manage E-commerce platform
- Conduct service recovery when necessary
- Attend ad-hoc duty and run errands as and when required
Requirements: - 5 days work week (inclusive of 1 weekend)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive with taste and customer orientated
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Strong spirit of teamwork
- Candidates with prior experience in the F&B operations and/or e-commerce would be an advantage

- Daily preparation and production of a variety of cakes & desserts according to our recipes
- Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products
- Maintain a high standard of work ethics, production and performance
- Check, maintain inventory and storage in a well-organized manner
- Housekeeping of kitchen
- Ensure compliance of all food safety standards
- Partake in seasonal new flavor RnD
