Job Scope:

• Attend to daily customization enquiries
• Process orders, coordinate and liasie with production team
• Manage E-commerce platform
• Conduct service recovery when necessary
• Attend ad-hoc duty and run errands as and when required
  Requirements:
• 5 days work week (inclusive of 1 weekend)
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive with taste and customer orientated
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Strong spirit of teamwork
• Candidates with prior experience in the F&B operations and/or e-commerce would be an advantage
• Singaporean / Singapore PR

Job Scope:

• Daily preparation and production of a variety of cakes & desserts according to our recipes
• Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products
• Maintain a high standard of work ethics, production and performance
• Check, maintain inventory and storage in a well-organized manner
• Housekeeping of kitchen
• Ensure compliance of all food safety standards
• Partake in seasonal new flavor RnD

Requirements:

• 5.5 days work week
• Dedicated individual who is committed and responsible
• Passionate about baking and food craft
• Possess a valid Basic Hygiene Cert
