This cake is designed with a rich smooth blue buttercream frosting, bamboo stems and 2 graceful fondant cranes, another Asian symbol of longevity and peace and a shou/壽 cake topper. Gold accents are added giving the cake a classy vibe.
5” diameter serves 4-10 pax
8” diameter serves up to 20 pax
